These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p282 ("p282", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at p282.org and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update such information whenever it changes. p282 may rely on the information you provide and will not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. p282 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You must notify p282 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or suspicious activity on your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
p282 is required under PAGCOR regulations to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending the completion of KYC verification.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, p282's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
p282 processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by p282's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference.
By using p282, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory bodies as required by law.
p282 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious account activity, regulatory requirements, non-compliance with KYC obligations, or at the player's own request.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, p282 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to permanently forfeit funds where fraud, AML violations, or prohibited conduct has been established. Where an account is closed voluntarily or without cause, p282 will return any remaining legitimate balance to the player within a reasonable period following completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting p282 support via live chat or by sending a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
p282 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the p282 platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of p282 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of p282 shall first be referred to p282's internal dispute resolution process. Players who are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint resolution mechanism.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For disputes involving amounts below the threshold for Small Claims Court proceedings under the Rules of Procedure for Small Claims Cases, the small claims process shall apply.
